Twenty-ninth Sunday in Ordinary Time
World Mission Sunday 2026 is the hundredth anniversary of Mission Sunday. It is a hundred years since Pope Pius XI established World Mission Sunday in 1926. It was established to foster universal church unity, encourage global missionary zeal, and create an annual collection to financially support mission territories worldwide.
